I've never used a touchscreen, and my 5800 should arrive in a few weeks. I hope I adjust better than you.
This is coming from someone who loves T9 and has a hard time getting used to qwerty.

thanks for all the info guys. i know a few people who will let me borrow theres so maybe i'll just play around with one for a few weeks and go from there. looks like it'll end up sitting on my desk more than anything.

i really did dig fp2 on the n78. UI seems too slow and buggy. which phone are you trying it on?
